A Really Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Next THOH In-House Studies

Hi Mobsters,
This week The House Of Hormones have got something really exciting to share with you, and as always, they're bringing it to the MOB first before it goes out more widely.

If you’ve been part of their world for a while, you’ll know that at The House of Hormones they're always asking one core question: what actually works for real women in real life? Not what looks good on a marketing page. Not what sounds impressive in theory. But what genuinely makes a difference when it’s used by women juggling work, families, stress, hormones, and everything in between. That’s exactly where the THOH inHouse Studies come in.

If you haven’t come across them before, inHouse Studies are completely free product trials where women from their community are invited to take part in testing specific wellness products. You receive the product at home, use it as part of your normal routine, and then share your honest feedback through structured check-ins and surveys. No pressure. No “right answer.” Just real experience from real women.

What makes this different is that it’s not just about individual feedback, it’s about collective insight. Each study has its own dedicated space within our community forum, where women can share how they’re feeling, what they’re noticing, and compare experiences along the way. It creates a really honest picture of what’s actually happening when products are used in everyday life, outside of clinical settings or marketing claims. And this week, we’re taking it a step further.

For the first time, they're opening up the opportunity for women to take part in two studies at once, meaning you could be selected to trial both Elle Sera Liposomal Magnesium Bisglycinate and Elle Sera Liposomal Tripeptide Collagen as part of your participation.

These studies will explore how these products fit into women’s daily routines, and how they may support areas like sleep, recovery, energy, skin health, and overall well being. But as always, what matters most to us is your lived experience, how your body responds, what feels different, and what doesn’t.
They're only opening 100 spaces, so this is intentionally a small, engaged group where we can really listen closely and gather meaningful insight. Once those spaces are filled, they'll be closing sign-ups, so if you’re interested, it’s worth moving quickly.

At the heart of this is something really simple: women deserve better evidence, better conversations, and better transparency when it comes to their health. And the only way we get there is by listening to women themselves. So if you’ve ever wanted to be part of shaping what actually works in women’s health, not just reading about it, this is your moment. We’d love to have you involved.
