Frequently Asked Questions
-
Everything is delivered via Slack direct messages. You'll receive daily messages with clear action steps. Each day has an automated message sequence in a conversation with Cofounder, BC. You will have weekly drop in calls with BC and other sprint participants where you can ideate and discuss challenges to get you visible.
-
Day 1 is the longest; you will need around 90 minutes set aside to complete the questions and a webinar. You can break Day 1 into two; section one answer the questions in Slack for 30 minutes, section two undertake the recorded (feel good) webinar by the end of the day. Every subsequent day in the Sprint happen in Slack for 15-30 minutes, with your actions for visibility you decide to take on top for the day.
-
No. The time you complete the messages and actions is flexible around you and your commitments. Messages are sent each morning by 10am and you can work through them at any time that suits you in that day. The most successful participants prioritise the messages first thing. This focuses their day on the work that will change their future, when they have the highest amounts of energy for it. "If it's your job to eat a frog, it's best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it's your job to eat two frogs, it's best to eat the biggest one first" Mark Twain
-
You can answer the questions at any point in your day. If you have time for a cup of coffee each day, you have time for this sprint. Georgie has done it around her SEND family responsibilities. If you really are squeezed for time, simply complete the questions speedily for that day and come back to your answers the following day to explore them when you have a better frame of mind. Ps this practice is addictive. When you see your opportunities coming to life from as early as week 2, you will make time for it, easily
-
You can ask your cohort or BC directly in Slack everyday.
-
The messages stay in your Slack history. You can catch up at your own pace. Each day you will advance to Day+1 automatically but the message history will be in place for you to view at a later date.
-
Let's be honest, you will want to quit at some point in the Sprint. I told you week 2 is the toughest. But those who don't quit get the best results for the future, like Priya who secured her first paying client of the year in week 4. If parenting responsibilities need to take priority, we got you. This was build for mothers, by mothers. You can restart and retake the Sprint twice more across 90 days if you get stuck, or want to cement the work.
-
Neither. It's a structured action sprint. You receive daily guidance and execute. No lengthy videos. A coaching approach is used in each message and expertise is shared relevant to the subject of the day. References are included to resources throughout.
-
You are never alone in this sprint. Throughout the sprint, you'll be invited to participate in weekly drop-in calls (and recordings) with your group of ambitious mothers like you, doing it with you. If you cannot make the calls on Thursday am, please make this known to the MOB Cofounder BC, and alternative times will be explored if enough participants request it. Recordings of the calls will be made available in the app.
-
We accept all payments via Stripe. All payments are upfront in full. Think of this like your gym kit; you have to invest upfront to achieve your goals. And the sky is the limit for what you can achieve with it.
-
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you complete all the messages in the sprint and do not make progress, you'll get 100% of your money back. All sales are final however.
-
100% No. This Sprint has been created by BC and integrates her 16 year professional experience in leading teams and navigating change, together with Georgie and her personal experiences in build The MOB. All messages are 100% BC's own words and both Cofounders experiences. -

What was holding you back before the Sprint? Posting my work on Instagram felt mortifying. I felt technically slow and clunky, and I couldn't find the words for my captions. I also worried the work wouldn't have any lasting impact, that I'd do the Sprint and then slide back to where I started.
What surprised you about the experience? How genuinely supportive and human it felt. I hadn't come across a coaching programme that worked on so many levels at once, mindset, technical skills, business thinking, and real connection with other business owners. It even helped me get more comfortable using AI tools, which I wasn't expecting at all. A bit woo, a bit practical, and somehow both at the same time.
What actually changed? The biggest belief shift was realising I don't have to be the best or the only one doing something to succeed. And honestly, it's not that deep. I started presenting my work as a proper business service, reframed my client update emails to show results more clearly, and started proactively making new connections. A potential client reached out directly after one of my posts. That felt like magic. What really worked was taking action while learning, by the end I'd actually done the work, not just been told how to do it.

Sarah, Data insights business owner, mum of one.
What were you avoiding before you joined? Putting myself out there, full stop. I was actively avoiding meeting new people who could become clients or open doors to them. Visibility made me feel anxious, and my business wasn't even properly set up yet, I nearly didn't join for that reason alone. I wasn't sure it made sense to start when I didn't have a package to sell yet.
What shifted during the Sprint? I didn't know what to expect, I just knew it felt like a step in the right direction. What surprised me most was being made to slow down and actually look at how I think about myself. My brain is always racing, so I didn't expect to stay focused during the visualisations either — but I did. And somewhere in that process, the way I see myself started to change.
What does life look like now? I started attending networking events alone, not because I had to, but because I wanted to be there. And as a direct result, I've secured a couple of days with a large business to see how they manage their data, with real potential for paid work to follow. But the bigger shift is internal, I now feel like I am that person. Not someone waiting for permission, not someone who thinks this kind of success is for other people. I understand that I'm just as worthy as anyone else, and I know exactly what I need to do to stay visible to the right people.

Emma, photographer, mum of one.
How did visibility feel before the Sprint? Stressful, if I'm honest. Not in a dramatic way, just enough friction to make showing up and sharing my work feel harder than it needed to be.
What shifted for you? The reframe that changed everything was surprisingly simple, I started seeing visibility as a skill I was learning, not a personality trait I either had or didn't. That took the pressure off. And when I began thinking of it as a service, something I was doing for my audience rather than performing for approval, taking action started to feel easier. I was also surprised by how much I enjoyed the visualisations. I hadn't expected that part to land the way it did.
What would you say to someone considering joining? By the end I felt more motivated and confident about sharing what I do. Not a dramatic transformation, something quieter and more useful than that. A shift in how the whole thing feels. If you're feeling blocked about visibility or don't know where to start, just do it.
