The Podcast Lounge: Where Your Voice Matters

Hi Mobsters,
Every week at THOH, we bring you blogs and POD conversations that pull back the curtain on women’s health. The truths, the struggles, and the breakthroughs that don’t always make it into everyday chat. And now, we’ve created a way for you to join the conversation: The Podcast Lounge, a brand-new space in The House of Hormones forum.
Think of it as the after-party to every episode. Instead of leaving your thoughts scattered on YouTube or battling with comments from strangers who don’t really get it, you can share, question, and connect in a space that’s just for us. It’s community-driven, it’s supportive, and it’s yours.
So far on the podcast, we’ve learned some powerful lessons together. When Amy Walsh spoke about the harsh realities of living with PCOS, she reminded us how vital honesty and visibility are. When Jeremy Vine joined us, he proved something many of us weren’t sure of, that men do want to be involved in this conversation, and that change comes when everyone has a seat at the table. And when Ultimate Insta Mum Caitlin Murray (@BigTimeAdulting) opened up about perimenopause and motherhood, her raw honesty had us laughing, crying, and nodding along in solidarity.
And let’s not forget our episode with Dr. Kelly Casperson, one of the leading US voices in women’s health, who cut through so much noise around HRT. Her clarity and straight-talking approach left so many of us feeling better informed, and better equipped to advocate for ourselves.
But here’s the exciting part: the podcast is only half the story. The other half is you. What do you want to hear more of? Which conversations are helping you? What truths do you want us to uncover next?
The Podcast Lounge is where you get to help shape that journey. It’s a safe space where your voice won’t get lost in the noise. Whether you want to share anonymously, ask a question you’ve never felt able to ask, or simply read and nod along, it’s all welcome.
So, Mobsters, we’d love you to step in. Join us in the Lounge, bring your thoughts, and let’s keep building this movement together. Because when we share, we grow. And when we grow, we change the game for women’s health.

We host weekly meetups, skills workshops, and inspiring events that connect mums with the tools, confidence, and community they need to thrive. Following our successful pitch at Ideas Fest to Simon Squibb, Daniel Priestley, Amelia Sordell, and Nick Pritchard, we’re now closing MOB+ membership until January 2026, when we’ll be relaunching with a bigger and better version.
