The Big MOB Mum Meet-Up x The House of Hormones

Friday 12th September – Let’s Talk Hormones, Health & Hair!

Mobsters, this coming week I’m taking our weekly wellness blog LIVE and in person, and I could not be more excited! On Friday 12th September, I’ll be hosting a very special Big MOB Mum Meet-Up with The MOB, and it’s going to be a morning of connection, conversation, and real talk about the things that matter most to us: our hormones, our fertility, and yes… even our hair.

Instead of you reading my words over coffee, you’ll get to join me in person, Leah, Psychologist, Founder of The House of Hormones, and your resident wellness blog writer, alongside two powerhouse women in the world of health and wellbeing. This panel is designed specifically by me to give you the best, honest insights, practical tips, and a safe space to ask those questions you’ve always wanted answered.
  • Dr. Ravina Bhanot: award-winning doctor, fertility and women’s health specialist. She’ll be cutting through the confusion around fertility, hormonal shifts, and what we really need to know about women’s health at every stage.
  • Anabel Kingsley: leading Trichologist, Brand President of Philip Kingsley, and the ultimate voice on hair health. She’ll be with us during Hair Loss Awareness Month, tackling the myths around postpartum hair loss, thinning during perimenopause, and how our hormones impact our locks more than we realise.
And of course, I’ll be there too, guiding the conversation, and making sure we cover all the juicy truths you won’t find on Google.
We’ll be myth-busting, truth-revealing, and having a laugh along the way, because hormone health doesn’t have to be doom and gloom. It’s about understanding our bodies, taking back control, and supporting each other through the ups, downs, and everything in between.

What’s extra exciting?

Philip Kingsley are sponsoring the event, which means every attendee will go home with a gorgeous goody bag packed with some of their iconic hair care products. A little luxury just for you, because self-care should always feel special.
This isn’t just another talk - it’s a chance to come together, in real life, as a community of mums and women who are ready to stop whispering about their health and start owning the conversation. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, informed, and maybe even with a new friend or two.
And because we love to hear from you, keep an eye out for some Instagram polls and question boxes this week. We want to know what you most want us to cover on the day, your voice shapes the conversation.
So Mobsters, get ready: Friday 12th September is all about you, your hormones, and your health. I cannot wait to meet you all in person and bring this weekly blog to life in the best way possible.
SO excited to see you there, and don’t forget your Perky Blenders coffee and curiosity!
