As we head into the final part of the year it is a great time to continue building strength and focus on feeling great. This can be your final push before the festive season arrives...where let's be honest...most of us fall off the health and wellbeing wagon!
For the last 6 weeks of the year (I’ll be stopping on 16th December), I’ll be running two online classes each week.
Although the focus of these sessions is core strength, many of the mums I’ve been working with have also noticed positive changes in their physique. There’s something special about the Pilates + strength combination.
SO starting on the 4th November join me twice a week:

Gut health is so important, if you are keen to understand more about how you can support your gut then watch this 30 minute video. She talks about what happens when the gut is impacted by stress and other environmental factors meaning it doesn't take on the nutrients. Yup, that means no matter how well you eat you still might be deficient. She gives 3 simple tips on how to support your gut health without the supplements. Worth a try no!

HABIT STACK to achieve your goals
If stretching / exercise is something you want to get into the habit of doing regularly (it's so good for us - mentally and physically, go for it!), then choose a time when you're able to attach the exercise to an existing routine you do everyday. This is a great way to build any new habits and achieve your goals. For example, you could do the 5 minute stretch straight after you get out of bed in the morning or after you've handed your kids their breakfast (stretch while they eat). Top Tip - make life easy for yourself. Put any equipment (ie a yoga mat) or clothes needed for you to do the exercise, out the night before to avoid any procrastination faff in the morning
